We charge $9.99 as the shipping fee for orders of only one item, free shipping for two or more items.
1. Your order is usually shipped out within 12-48 hours after payment received. It usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive.
2. A tracking No. of the parcel will be sent to you after your order is shipped out so you may track it online.
3. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.
Returns & Exchange are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items. Items cannot be exchanged and original items must be returned. Please read the following instructions for details 1. Please contact us first. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.
3. Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
4. Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
5. All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number.
6. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
NOTE: Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
